Information on payments and shipment
All payments made through the e-shop will be processed according to the method selected by the customer from those available at checkout.
No other forms of payment than those indicated on our platform are allowed.
All payments will be collected at the time of the order except for payments by bank transfer and payments through Scalapay, for which the payment methods are defined by the payment system operator.
Payments by bank transfer must be followed by sending the accounting copy of the payment by e-mail to email@example.com indicating the reference order number. The reason must be the order number.
For all payment systems the shipment of the goods will take place only upon payment received and within 2 days. The shipment will be by express courier with tracked shipment. If you want to ensure shipping select it in the options or indicate it in the notes. If the payment will not be sent within 15 days the order will be automatically cancelled.
Information on refunds
Returned items damaged or not conforming to description
You can request the return and refund of our products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The delivery date indicated by the courier will be deemed authentic. The return of our products will be accepted only and exclusively for products not customized on specific request of the customer, and only and exclusively if the products have not been used or assembled, then packed.
You can request the return for the following products in compliance with the above:
- electronic paddles systems (all non-personalised versions);
- Go-kart steering wheel;
- Electronic shifting system spare parts.
The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or refusal to refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount spent will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 30(thirty) days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is registered. If you have done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for product to arrive can take several days (7-15). If you were shipping an item over 75 euros, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and buying a shipping insurance. In case of loss and/or damage to the product sent by the courier with an insured shipment The Lab Europe will not be responsible in any way. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
